Tressa's Princess Party!!!

Today is Tressa's 3rd birthday, she decided that she wanted to have a princess party with princess invitations, pink strawberry cupcakes with princess tiaras and plates, napkins, cups.

We had a fun time celebrating her birthday with her friends and their moms. The kids decorated their own foam visor with foam princess stickers and for the boys in the group car, plane and train stickers. After the crafty portion of her party, they all headed outside for some fun in the water.

We had Tressa's little swimming pool, (thanks to my friend) some sprinklers and what is a party without squirt guns. While the kids played, my wonderful hubby after pulling a 27 hour shift at the hospital, grilled up some hot dogs.

L to R: Aubrey, Tressa, Eva, Beckham, Topher, Maggie

Next came the ice cream and princess strawberry cupcakes. Mm...Mm....Delicious!!

After dessert, the kids dried off and dressed for the opening of presents.

Tressa's loves her presents this year. Ken and I bought her a dollhouse with furniture, Thomas train set and the expansion train set. Her friends gave her a Barbie doll, Snow White polly pocket, a princess dish set, a princess coloring book, a princess skirt to dance in and a sign with a princess crown with her name. The rest of the day, she has been playing with her dollhouse and train set.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TRESSA!!!!!
We love you!!!

3 is a good age - Primary among other things!!

3 seems very old when it's your first child - when it's your grandchild, it seems so young.

Be sure to enjoy the year!!
