18 Months Old!!!!

Tressa is now 18 months old. She is growing more cute everyday. Her vocabulary has been rapidly growing. She is started to put her words into little sentences. She is full of energy and personality. She is now in nursery at church. Yeah for me, it makes my calling in primary a lot easier. She loves nursery. She is still adjusting to it. It's the little guys that attack her. I don't know if they don't feel threatened with her size, she is an easy target to pick on as opposed to the other little girls in there. Ken and I just have to teach Tressa to stand her ground.

It is Christmas time again!!

Ken was able to get 5 days for Christmas, therefore, we were able to go and spend Christmas with his family in Cincinnati. We had a great time hanging out with the family, watching Christmas movies, making gingerbread tree and train and doing last minute shopping. The night before Christmas, Tressa decided to wake up at 3:30 in the morning, so Tressa and I ended up going downstairs and watching TV til it was time to open presents at 6:00. Even though Ken and his brothers are all grown up they still have the kid in them. Luckily Santa had already made his presence before Tressa and I went downstairs. We had a wonderful Christmas and for Tressa it was a Dora the Explorer Christmas. Here are some pictures.

Carl and I teamed up and decorated the Christmas Tree.

Tiona and Travis teamed up and decorated the train.

Here we are Christmas morning opening up presents.

Here is Tressa enjoying her new Boots house. She is also wearing an outfit given to her by her Aunt Gina.

I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday season. We love you all and wish you the best in the year 2008.

LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW!! LET IT SNOW!

In the middle of December, within less than 24 hours we received 4-6 inches of snow. I went out early in the afternoon to shovel the walks and driveway, within an hour it didn't even look like I had shoveled. Tressa, however, really enjoyed playing in the snow with her daddy. Ken was throwing snowballs at her and she just giggled, having a grand old time. What is a Christmas without snow. Here are some pictures of Tressa in the snow.
